KDB property management is seeking quality villas to compliment our ‘fleet.’

Our principal occupation is management of owner’s short term rental properties, but we also look after a few which are not rented at all, and also care for some pools alone. If you have a new property, or wish to change your management give us a call, or e-mail us a link to your site on the web where we can initially view your property.
Please Note: To maintain our high standards it is not always possible to accept every property suggested due to location etc.
Basic services are listed below, but if you need anything not covered we will be pleased to discuss them.
Web site and booking fees.
This site attracts rental inquiries which we place as a service for owners. We charge a small commission on bookings we place in your villa.
Basic charges
- Basic Monthly Management fee $160.
- Pest Control $20.
- Pool Service From $80 per month.
- Lawn Care From $75 per month including hedges & trees trimmed.
Cleaning charges
- 3 Bedroom - $70.
- 4 Bedroom - $80.
- 5 Bedroom - $97.50.
- 6 Bedroom - $135.
- Mid stay clean paid by guests at the time- $65. If laundry is required then the full clean price applies.
- Spruce up - $45.
Additional Services
- Pressure washing of patio area From $125 Dependant on Size
- Carpet installation - dependent upon size, please contact us for price (25 yrs. experience).
- Garage to games room conversion - dependent on equipment choice, please contact us for price.
Extras
- Welcome pack (standard) - $35.
- Welcome pack (luxury) - $60. (includes fruit & wine).
- Barbecue - $55. per week.
- Crib & high chair - $55. per week each.
- Airport pick up or drop off Orlando International - $90 each way.
- Airport pick up or drop off Orlando Sanford - $140 each way.
