The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV and luxury ensuite with oval bath and separate shower, Twin sinks and walk-in wardrobe. Two other bedrooms share an adjoining bathroom. One of these has twin beds and the other a queen bed. Both rooms have TV.

A separate family room provides an additional seating area, with pull out Queen size sofa-bed. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and music system. Separate breakfast nook with table & chairs. Formal dining room.
The villa also has a large games room with pool table and air hockey table.
