Our Rental Rates
Below are are our vacation villa rental rates.
- The rates shown are for seven nights accommodation and the MAXIMUM rental rates in UK Pounds. US dollar rates change with exchange rate fluctuations.
- Bookings of six nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee.
- Prices are for rental of the villa, not per person.
- Prices include taxes, electricity, water, air conditioning, cable TV, & clean bed linen and towels.
- Prices are subject to change without notice. Clients should check the latest price.
- High season is July, August, Easter, also Christmas and New Year (see below)
- Mid season is April, May, June, September and October
- Low season is January, February, March (excludes Easter), November and December
- Christmas and New Year is the 19th December to the 8th January.

Additional Information
Along with your completed booking form, a non refundable deposit of £100 Sterling or $200 Dollars per week secures your dates.
A refundable security deposit of £150 Sterling or $250 US Dollars is due before your arrival date. This deposit will be repaid within thirty days of leaving the villa after we confirm there is no damage and the key has been returned.
After bank clearance of your deposit we will send you confirmation of your booking, detailing the balance due, eight weeks before your arrival date, or at the time of booking if arrival is within eight weeks.
Payment of the balance is due in full eight weeks prior to your arrival date. On receipt, banking and clearance of final payment, an arrival pack will be sent to you.
