Debbie & Kevin have been looking after our Florida home for 3 years, during which time, they have become friends not merely our Management Company. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always ensure that our house is maintained to the highest standards. It is a common concern of property owners abroad that they are likely to be ‘fleeced’ as it is obviously not possible to carry out frequent personal inspections. However we are able to relax in the knowledge that Debbie & Kevin personally check the house after every rental period and immediately inform us should they find anything which may cause us concern. KDB Services supply an itemised monthly Invoice and never incur additional expenditure without first obtaining authorisation from us. The quality of service provided is a direct result of the hard work, total commitment and frequent long hours they operate. We very much doubt that other locally based companies offering similar services would be able to provide equally high standards for the charges currently paid by us to KDB Services. We consider it a privilege to have KDB Services look after our house and would give our highest recommendation to anyone considering using their services.
